West 22nd is a rising indie/alternative rock band from Austin, Texas, formed by University of Texas students. Known for their high-energy live shows and emotionally driven sound—often described as “carousel rock”—they blend indie, alt rock, and pop influences to capture the ups and downs of early adulthood. Their music, including their debut album Nowhere To Be, resonates especially with college-aged listeners navigating relationships, change, and uncertainty.
